INTERVIEW FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (ON PROJECT)
Tata Memorial Centre’s Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research, and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, is inviting applications for the position of Research Fellow in the Cancer Immune-environment and Therapeutics Lab. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about cancer research to contribute to a project focusing on the “Crosstalk between gamma-delta T cells and tumor-associated macrophages in governing immunosuppression in ovarian cancer.”
Project Details:
- Project Title: Crosstalk between gamma-delta T cells and tumor-associated macrophages in governing immunosuppression in ovarian cancer
- Principal Investigator: Dr. Subir Biswas
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MSc/MTech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Molecular Biology with qualification in any national-level examination (NET, ICMR, DBT, GATE, etc.).
- Candidates with previous hands-on experience working with animal models and/or mammalian cell culture, and flow cytometry for at least six months will be given preference.
- M.Sc. degree with a one-year duration will not be considered.
Consolidated Salary:
- Rs. 38,440/- per month (Rs. 31,000/- + 24% HRA) p.m.
Duration:
- Six months, extendable up to 2 years. The work progress of the candidate will be monitored, and extension after 6 months will be considered.
